growing. . . .
I've just finished two more growth charts. How funny! Two different
people with the same last name. :-) I decided to go wider with these.
That way there was room for the writing going down them. And I do have
to say I'm in love! They were both stained the same. The lighting
must have really been different when I took the pictures. The true
color is the first picture.

In Memory of Nicholas. . . .
Patty's son passed away at the age of 14. She has since had more children. We added the birth heights of ALL her children. Then Nicholas' final height. I'm so glad I could help with this memory.
Boys and tractors. . . .
This growth chart is going to The Berning home. Boys who love their John Deere tractors! I wasn't sure upon the request, but it sure turned out just adorable!

growth chart. . . .
I made this growth chart as a Christmas gift for a good friend of mine who has a new granddaughter. I had seen one of these on pinterest. . . and thought what a great gift! So, guess what I attempted. This one is stained with early american stain. I'm also working on a dark walnut stained one for a another good friend of mine. I am pondering on this one as I want it to be done right! Patty's son passed away a few years ago. And I want to be able to put his height on the growth chart along with her other children. Maybe a cross on the ribbon? And angel wings next to his last height? I need to get to Hobby Lobby!
If you are interested in a growth chart. . . . . send me a message. Stained? Painted? Name? Ideas? I have an idea of a little boys growth chart. Painted baseballs with a rope on the top to hang it. Or what about a white washed growth chart with pink flowers. Awwww!

never met friend. . . .
I have a friend that lives in Saint Francis Kansas that I have never met in person. Somewhere. Somehow. I found her online many years ago. She makes the most gorgeous paper bag albums! I first met her by special ordering a paper bag album for Jessica's college graduation on ebay. She also made Michele's college graduation paper bag album. I've made some paper bag albums myself, but I just can't seem to pull them off like she does. Wow! She also makes cards and loves to paint.

She sent me a beautiful painting she did.
What a sweetheart! And I DO love my cowboy boots!
So I made her a set of angel wings. And she LOVED them!
Someday. . . . . . we will meet in person!
